myraabta has a fixed base rate of Rs 1,200 per user per month. This is the amount that comes to us — always. You charge your client whatever you believe the market will bear. The difference between what they pay and Rs 1,200 is your commission, paid to you at month end.
There is no upper limit on what you can charge. A client that values the product more pays more — and you earn more. You are never required to disclose our base rate to your clients.
⚠️ Minimum price rule: You may never sell myraabta to a client below Rs 1,200 per user per month. Accounts will only be provisioned for clients paying at or above this rate.

You set your price, we set the floor.
Your client price must be at or above Rs 1,200 per user per month. There is no ceiling — charge whatever your client agrees to.

The client always pays myraabta directly.
Payment goes into our bank account, not yours. You are never responsible for chasing payments or handling client money.

Your margin is paid monthly, in one transfer.
At the end of each calendar month, we tally all active users you brought in, calculate your margin, and transfer it to your bank account in a single payment. No fragmented micro-transfers.

Commission is tied to active, paying users only.
You earn commission only for users whose payment has been received by us that month. If a client does not pay, no commission is owed for that period.

You manage the client relationship.
myraabta provides the product and handles technical support. You are responsible for sales, onboarding conversations, and keeping your client informed.

User provisioning happens through us.
When you bring a new client onboard, you provide us with the list of users (names and email addresses). We create the accounts and share credentials with you to pass on to your client.

Mid-month additions are counted the following month.
If a client adds users partway through a month, those additional users are counted from the next billing cycle. This keeps settlements clean and predictable.

You may not misrepresent the product.
Do not promise features that do not exist or make guarantees about uptime, recording, or integrations without first confirming with us.

Either party may exit with 30 days' notice.
If you or we decide to end the arrangement, 30 days' written notice (WhatsApp message is sufficient) is required. All earned commissions up to that point will be paid in full.

Common questions.
Do I need to sign a formal contract?⌄
Not at the start. The arrangement is confirmed over WhatsApp. As the programme grows, we may introduce a simple written agreement, but it will not contain anything beyond what is described on this page.
Can I have multiple clients?⌄
Yes. There is no limit on how many clients you can bring. Each client is tracked separately and your monthly payout is the sum of all your active margins.
What happens if my client wants to cancel?⌄
Your client informs you, you inform us, we deactivate their accounts at the end of that billing month. No penalty to you — commission simply stops for that client from the next month.
Can I offer my client a trial?⌄
Trials are at our discretion. Contact us over WhatsApp to discuss. We may offer a limited-seat, limited-time trial for genuine prospects.
What if my client wants to pay quarterly or annually?⌄
Contact us. We can accommodate upfront payments. Your margin will be calculated and paid to you upfront as well when the client pays.
Is there a minimum number of users I need to bring?⌄
No minimum to start. Even a single client with 2-3 users is welcome. We want you to start small, learn the process, and grow.
