Service Policy

Last updated: April 8, 2026

This Service Policy sets expectations for how the Syma platform and related hosted services are provided, including availability goals, support, and acceptable use. It is intended for payment-gateway and customer-facing disclosure alongside the Terms & Conditions. Legal review is recommended.

1. Service description

Syma provides cloud-based software and related features described on our website or in your order. We may update or discontinue non-material features with reasonable notice; material changes may be governed by your subscription agreement.

2. Availability

We aim to keep the service operational during published maintenance windows and exclude circumstances beyond our reasonable control (for example internet outages, third-party provider failures, or force majeure). Unless a separate SLA applies, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

3. Scheduled maintenance

We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability. We will endeavor to notify you in advance for significant maintenance when practicable (for example via in-app notice or email to administrators).

4. Support

Support scope, channels, and response targets depend on your plan or contract. Documentation and self-help resources may be provided at our discretion. Emergency security issues may be handled under dedicated security processes.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service to:

  • Violate law, infringe intellectual property, or harm others;
  • Distribute malware, perform unauthorized access, or disrupt networks or third-party services;
  • Mine cryptocurrency, send unsolicited bulk communications, or engage in deceptive practices;
  • Attempt to probe, scan, or test our systems without authorization.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations or to protect the service and other users.

6. Customer data and backup

You retain rights to content and data you submit. You are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups and for the legality of your data. Our data handling practices are described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Third-party services

The service may integrate with third-party products (including payment processors, identity providers, and communications APIs). Those services are governed by their own terms; we are not responsible for their availability or conduct.

8. Changes to this policy

We may modify this Service Policy. Continued use after the updated “Last updated” date (April 8, 2026) may constitute acceptance where allowed by law and your contract.
